Meghan assists in the protection and dissemination of intellectual property arising from University research.
Prior to coming to Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø in 2014, Meghan practiced intellectual property law. While practicing law, Meghan prepared and prosecuted patent applications in mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and materials science arts; worked as a U.S. filing, prosecution associate for foreign originated patent applications; drafted and interpreted licensing, assignment, and other agreements; conducted legal research and drafted memoranda to colleagues and clients; and drafted litigation documents. During law school, Meghan interned with CTTEC, and was drawn to the law at the forefront of innovation.Meghan has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
