New Online Graduate Certificate in Data Science
Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Department of Statistics & Data Science recently launched a new, 100% online Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Data Science to teach working professionals from all backgrounds how to unlock the power of data.
It’s undeniable - data has transformed nearly every industry. And it will continue to do so for years to come. In Carnegie Mellon’s new, 100% online Graduate Certificate in Foundations of Data Science, offered by the Statistics & Data Science Department in Dietrich College, professionals from all backgrounds (both technical and non-technical) can learn how to unlock the power of data through graduate-level, credit-bearing coursework. If you’re ready to adopt a more data-centric mindset, communicate better with data scientists on your team, or prepare for advanced study in a master’s-level program, then this certificate is for you.
In collaboration with Learning Engineers, Â鶹¹ÙÍø faculty designed this certificate to be a transformative educational experience for working professionals in various industries. Each course in the program features at least one, weekly live-online class via Zoom with an expert Â鶹¹ÙÍø professor and independent learning activities that students can complete when their schedule allows.
