I started my career with Â鶹¹ÙÍø in 2018.
I collaborate with talented colleagues throughout Â鶹¹ÙÍø to fuel groundbreaking research, delivering financial planning and sponsored research support for our exceptional faculty.
During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue strengthening its advocacy, expanding its campuswide impact, and building meaningful partnerships that elevate the staff experience at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. In a time when higher education is navigating rapid change and uncertainty, Staff Council has a powerful opportunity to help staff feel supported, heard, and prepared for whatever comes next. I believe we can champion a more flexible and adaptive workplace, one that empowers staff to bring their best selves to their roles while balancing the evolving demands of work and life.
Â鶹¹ÙÍø has been the best place I have ever worked, and Staff Council has played a major role in making it feel like a community rather than just a workplace. The encouragement, connection, and sense of purpose I have found at Â鶹¹ÙÍø has shaped my career in ways I never expected. I’ve been fortunate to receive support that helped me grow, take on new challenges, and feel confident in my contributions. That generosity of spirit is something I want every staff member to experience.
During my term, I hope to pay forward that support by helping create an environment where every staff member feels valued, included, and equipped to thrive. I want Staff Council to remain a trusted advocate that listens deeply, responds compassionately, and works courageously to improve the staff experience. My goal is simple: to help ensure Â鶹¹ÙÍø continues to be a place where people are proud to work, inspired to contribute, and encouraged to put their heart into what they do every day.
