I started working at Â鶹¹ÙÍø in 2022.

I serve as the lead for Full-time MBA admissions at Tepper, shaping recruiting strategy, reviewing candidate profiles, and building a class of leaders. I spend a lot of time connecting with people and making high-stakes decisions about who joins the community.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council reintroduce programs like the education benefits fair to better connect staff with the resources available to them. I also hope to strengthen cross-campus relationships by fostering greater collaboration, reducing silos, and creating more opportunities for meaningful staff engagement.

Surprising fact: For someone with a pretty public-facing job, I’m actually an introvert. I just learned how to turn it on when it matters.
