HR Generalist II, Human Resources

I started at Â鶹¹ÙÍø in 2022

As an HR Generalist, I support the university by processing employment actions in our HRIS, Workday. I primarily support Dietrich College and the Collaborating Visitor process. Aside from my daily duties, I enjoy volunteering for the Staff Picnic, keeping our community safe as a Â鶹¹ÙÍøSafe Ambassador, and connecting with other Â鶹¹ÙÍø staff and faculty through our ERGs!

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council continue to uphold Â鶹¹ÙÍø's mission and values through times of change. There is power in community, where we amplify the voices of all individuals, especially the staff that is the backbone of this institution. I can contribute to upholding Â鶹¹ÙÍø's mission by listening to the challenges that staff and faculty face in their day-to-day. I can leverage my role as an HR Generalist to initiate potential process improvements and escalate issues as appropriate. On a personal level, I can leverage my passion for inclusivity and relationship building to connect staff to resources they need.
