I started at Â鶹¹ÙÍø in 2015

As the Finance and Business administrator, I supports the operations of the ECE department , primarily in the areas of human resources and finance(budgetary responsibility of up to $2M). I serves as a resource and advisor to faculty, staff and students on matters of policy and administration.

During my term, I would like to see Staff Council become more involved with our staff population and determining their needs/wants from our group. I can help make this happen by becoming more present with Â鶹¹ÙÍø staff whether through broader communications and encouraging feedback and discussion to hear the needs of our Â鶹¹ÙÍø population and what we can do to make them top priority at the University so they know how much they are all valued.

I was one of the division 8 representatives from 2018 - 2022 serving on the Relations and Guidance Committee as well as the Benefits Committee in which I has assisted in completing the benchmarking report for increased staff PTO. I have assisted previously in helping with the Food Drive and have volunteered to help with the Staff Council ice cream socials and working at the benefits fair to serve popcorn. I was not re-elected for divisional rep this term but was asked to step in as an at large rep beginning in March of 2023 which I am glad to help and would like to continue to carry on in this role.
