State Compliance and Distance Education
Global Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Accreditation (GSIIA) coordinates compliance with U.S. state regulations where Â鶹¹ÙÍø is physically present (California, New York and Washington D.C.), as well as Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s participation in the consortium for distance education ().
GSIIA provides consultations to academic units on state compliance and distance education matters, including:
- Starting up, physically moving, or sun-setting a Â鶹¹ÙÍø program or location in the U.S. or abroad.
- State compliance and accreditation for Â鶹¹ÙÍø locations in California (Silicon Valley and North Hollywood), New York (New York City), Washington DC, and any other physical location in the U.S.
- Distance education and NC-SARA agreements between Pennsylvania and other U.S. states.
