Bio

Dr. Capizzi currently teaches jazz piano and improvisation at the Carnegie Mellon School of Music, and the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Music Preparatory and Pre-College Music programs. In addition to teaching, he is a professional jazz pianist, composer, and conductor. He holds both BFA and MAM degrees from Carnegie Mellon, and a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh.
