Indemnification
Â鶹¹ÙÍø cannot offer a company mutual indemnification terms. Â鶹¹ÙÍø is an educational institution incorporated as a not-for-profit company. As such, we have a fiduciary responsibility regarding our endowment as well as to present and future students and faculty. In the simplest terms, we cannot place our endowment at risk in a possible litigation suit brought against a company for their use of research results for commercial purposes provided under a contract.
