Effective April 18, 2016 all IACUC submissions for new and renewing protocols are handled through the on-line system .
How to submit to the Â鶹¹ÙÍø IACUC:
- New IACUC protocols: submit via SPARCS. For assistance contact IACUC-review@andrew.cmu.edu or SPARCS-help@andrew.cmu.edu.
- Renewal of IACUC protocols: submit via SPARCS. For assistance contact IACUC-review@andrew.cmu.edu or SPARCS-help@andrew.cmu.edu.
- Modifications of protocols approved prior to SPARCS: use this document, Request for IACUC Review of Modification of an Approved Protocol [DOC] and submit to IACUC-review@andrew.cmu.edu.
