Noon Reboot

Join us in person at the Well-Being Lab or for a 30-minute session designed to help you step away from work, recharge your energy, and return with greater focus and clarity.Â
Each session includes a mix of guided meditation, brief reflection practices, and optional community connection in a low-pressure, drop-in environment.Â
Tea and light refreshments provided.Â

Paws to Relax: Pet Therapy Program (Summer '26)
Wednesday, June 10, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Well-Being Lab (Room 104), Highmark Center
Volunteers through Animal Friend’s Therapet program will join us Wednesday, June 10, and Wednesday, July 15, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., to offer some friendly dog companions for the hour.Â

FlowerPower Crafternoon
Thursday, June 11, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Well-Being Lab (Room 104), Highmark Center
Join us for a Crafternoon! Drop in anytime and gather to:
- decorate a flower pot
- create a watercolor flower card
- design a small flower tray
- make other delightful creations
Crafts/kits will be provided. All are welcome!
Pittsburgh Tango Festival

PGH Tango and Âé¶¹¹Ù꿉۪s Tango Club are proud to present one of the region’s most exciting cultural and dance events of the year — the Pittsburgh Tango Festival 2026!
This unique weekend celebration will feature world-class instruction, inspiring performances, social dancing, and opportunities for dancers of every level to learn, connect and grow.
This year’s festival includes workshops for all experience levels, including a special Beginner Intensive taught by 2026 Argentine Tango USA Champions Jesus Matias Aranguren and Jael Montilla. Participants will enjoy three days filled with tango, community and unforgettable experiences.
Our Pittsburgh tango community is excited to welcome dancers from across North America, including visitors from Boston, Toronto, Cleveland, Erie and beyond. Together, we will celebrate the beauty of Argentine Tango through learning, cultural exchange and meaningful human connection.
Afternoon Nature Walk
Wednesday, June 17, 4 to 5 p.m., Well-Being Lab (Room 104), Highmark Center
Take a break and get outside with us for an afternoon nature walk through Schenley Park. This is an easy-paced walk designed to help you reset, get some fresh air, connect with others, and connect with nature.
We’ll meet at the Well-Being Lab (Highmark Center for Health, Wellness & Athletics Room 104) and head over together. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, you’re welcome to join for as much or as little of the walk as you’d like.

2026 Juneteenth Keynote Lecture

Featuring Dr. Amanda Boston, assistant professor of Africana studies at the University of Pittsburgh: “Juneteenth: The Unfinished Work of Freedomâ€
All members of the university community are welcome to attend this keynote lecture as we gather in celebration and remembrance of Juneteenth, followed by a reception co-hosted by the Sankofa Black Alliance employee resource group.
