Alex provides direct support to instructors who request help with using educational technologies. He also provides training sessions and develops how-to documentation to help instructors effectively use technology for teaching and learning purposes. Before joining the Eberly Center, Alex provided educational technology support for the Heinz College at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Alex earned his Masters of Education in Instructional Technology from Duquesne University and Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
